Butler Little Theatre Policy: Reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance MUST BE PAID FOR

All tickets should be picked up at least 15 minutes before the scheduled performance.

Five minutes prior to curtain time, any empty seats, including those reserved and unpaid, will be filled by walk-ins waiting to see the show. Please call the theatre if you are running late to avoid losing your reserved seats.

Sunday matinees have replaced the Sunday evening performances. Curtain time is 2:30 p.m. on Sundays, with no Sunday evening performances.

Tickets for The Fox on the Fairway go on sale to the General Public beginning Thursday, May 2, 2013 weeknights from 7-9 p.m. and during performances. Members should check their newsletter for advance reservation dates.

Butler Little Theatre does not cancel performances.
In an extreme circumstance where cancellation is unavoidable, those with reservations
will be contacted by telephone and the theatre's voicemail message will reflect the change.
